Under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with the participation of the heads of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, at meetings held on December 22, 2013, as well as February 9, 2014, the types of services provided to branches of the oil and gas complex, canteen services for workers working in the fields were widely discussed. On May 23, 2014, at the general meeting of “Nebitgazhyzmat” CJSC, a decision was made to create an enterprise for supplying and servicing the workforce “Ahal” and it’s branches in each region of the country.

In accordance with the letter of agreement No. 34 dated April 24, 2020 of the Advisor to the President of Turkmenistan on oil and gas issues, at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the organizational and legal form of the closed joint stock company “Nebitgazhyzmat” was changed and renamed into the “Nebitgazhyzmat” Department of the State Concern “ Turkmengas” it was decided to transfer to him.

Based on the order of the State Concern “Turkmengas” dated December 15, 2020 No. 226, from February 15, 2021, the work of the central office of the “Nebitgazyzmat” Directorate of the State Concern “Turkmengas”, as well as the Ahal Labor Food Supply and Services Company “Shatlyk” in Mary, was suspended velayat, “Balkanabat” in Balkan velayat, “Turkmenabat” in Lebap velayat and the Dashoguz labor supply and service enterprise in “Dashoguz velayat” under the name “Department of Food Supply and Worker Services” State Concern “Turkmengas”. It was subordinate to the Labor Food Supply and Services Administration.

Types of work: providing high-quality canteen services to employees working in offices and enterprises of the Nebitgaz complex (including gas pipelines, wells) located in the city of Ashgabat and velayats, in the central building of departmental departments of the Nebitgaz complex, in the building of the Natural Management . Gas Research Institute and in the Gökdere Valley. Children’s health centers Nesil, Nebitci, Shohle, Cesme, service activities on their territory (cleaning, repairs, improvement of green areas, security, etc.).
