«Nebitgazkhovpsuzlyk» Militarized Department The Regulations of the Paramilitary Department “Nebitgazkhovpsuzlyk” established by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on 05.08.1992, were approved by the Deputy Premier of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on 19.03.2008.On August 10, 1997, the “Turkmenstandartlary” Main State Service approved the Regulation on the methods of prevention of oil and gas spills and open oil and gas bubbles in the oil and gas production units of Turkmenistan. Based on this, the military units of the department conduct preventive actions.

Carrying out monitoring activities to prevent oil and gas wells;
Carrying out oil and gas well shut-in operations;
Conduct rescue and recovery operations in oil and gas explosion hazards;
