The organizational and legal form of the Central Office of the Turkmengazakdyrysh Association is state property.
Its parent organization is the State Concern “Turkmengas”.
According to the charter, the main activity of the Central Administration of the Turkmengasakdyrysh Association is the supply of natural gas to consumers in Turkmenistan.
– implements state programs for natural gas production;
-Using global experience and advanced technologies, improving the supply of natural gas, ensuring its uninterrupted supply to consumers in accordance with current requirements and legislation;
– Regular use of natural resources;
– Manages the structure of new pipelines;

The central management body receives natural gas from the East Kazakdyrysh and Dashoguzkazakdyrysh directorates and distributes it to domestic consumers. Domestic consumers of Turkmenistan consist of:

In total, the Central Administration of the Union operates more than 1,000,000 km of high-pressure gas pipelines.
In total, more than 46 AGRU (automated gas distribution units) operate on the high-pressure pipelines of the Central Administrative Directorate of the Union (Ahal Directorate).
In total, the Central Administration of the Union operates 3 AGBDS (vehicle gas filling stations) to supply compressed gas to the population and industrial enterprises. They are:
Tejen, Änew, Buzmein AGBDB (Buzmein AGBDB is currently inactive and kept in reserve).
